About

I am an Assistant Professor at Universitas Islam Indonesia, Department of Informatics where I am serving as the Secretary of the Department, currently living in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Previously, I used to live in Long Island, NY, USA and Clayton, VIC, Australia.

I did my Ph.D. in Technology, Policy, and Innovation at Stony Brook University with Fulbright scholarship while also taking some courses at New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University under Inter-University Doctoral Consortium. I earned my Master's degree in Information Technology from Monash University and my Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

My research interests are mainly related to mobile technology and society, ranging from mobile apps, mobile enterprise solution, m-commerce, m-learning, mobile data analytics, mobile device security & forensics.

Apart from being academia, I love swimming, watching movies and AC Milan matches, as well as playing games (mainly Civilization VI, Beat Saber, and Pro Evolution Soccer) on PC and consoles in my spare time (which I rarely have now, anyway).

Hit me up if you want to know more about me or if you are interested in collaborating with me at
